There was a support group that ran out of that church on 11th I think? In the core anyway. That was quite a few years ago, I went when my daughter was first diagnosed. It was very helpful.
I'm sorry you had a scary experience. The good news is that epilepsy is very treatable in many people and you can live a relatively normal life.
Did they put you on medication? Unfortunately you might be disqualified from driving, at least temporarily, until it's certain your seizures are under control.
