problem aching feet ,legs what do you use I have trying every pill, lotion potion over the counter , doctor prescribed meds no relief any suggestions ? thanks

I have chronic migraines & along with Botox injections every 3 months the neurologist prescribed CBD/THC oil to replace one of the medications I was taking for the migraines. It not only has replaced the nasty migraine meds but has also helped the pain I have from fibromyalgia & arthritis. Might not work for everyone but for my body-wide pain it has helped. Perhaps it's worth discussing with your doctor? Also have a friend in palliative care who was prescribed CBD/THC oil for the pain of cancer & it helps her. The downside is that it's expensive.

Have you tried physiotherapy? Or even just some yoga type stretches before you start your day and at the end ? Also try compression stockings to help with circulation. Massage and cbd oil are also great. And lastly get a tennis ball and roll it around with each foot putting some pressure on the ball. All these things help me

I've been prescribed 3 g (I think it's in grams!) maximum a day. For days I have 1 (CBD) : 20 (THC) 3x a day and at night 10:10. So depending on the pain from the chronic migraines I might take 0.7 ml, 3 times a day and 0.5 - 0.7 ml at night (and it DOES help you sleep better as I have found out because you CAN have a migraine while you sleep!!)  
 
Unfortunately the downside is that through a government-licensed vendor in Saskatchewan it costs $130 for a 60 ml 1:20 bottle which with luck lasts a month. The 10:10 oil costs $160 for 60 ml but it usually lasts me about 2 months. Free shipping over a certain amount. And you have to have an Rx. A Brandon neurologist prescribes it for my chronic migraine so I don't really know if there are GPs in the city who prescribe for other body pains.  
 
It's been a life-saver for me - the medications for my particular type of chronic migraine (24 / 7 / 365 which feels like someone is slamming the side of your head with a baseball bat) have some extremely nasty side-effects after continued use while the oil keeps things to a dull roar AND helps the fibromyalgia pain etc. That's just ME though & effects differ by person so please consult a doctor! Also, since I live in rural Manitoba where "someone" is always ready to point fingers or even report a person using medical cannibidoil I make sure I have an Rx & buy from a licensed vendor rather than other ways of obtaining it. Just me - don't need the aggravation otherwise.

The Dr. Ho is wonderful! You would probably want the Circulation Promotor, as you problem is mainly feet/legs, but it comes with pads for whole body treatment. Showcase in the mall has a sample one, so you can even try it before you buy it. I use the Dr. ho myself (not the foot unit), and it helps me a lot!

Why are your feet aching? Has the source of the problem been addressed instead of just treating the pain?  
 
 
For example, if you're having plantar fasciitis, that requires a different sort of treatment from bone spurs, which is different from rheumatism, which would also be different than neuropathy as a side effect from diabetes.  
 
Have you tried a podiatrist? If there's a mechanical cause for your pain, treating the cause would probably be more effective than taking pills or using oil, etc.

Just curious about this.... do you drive? Are you allowed to drive when taking that much CBD/THC daily?

Go to a podiatrist, a couple years ago my feet were so sore and going up into my legs. I had a couple issues and after getting orthotics and doing the stretches he recommended I don’t have anymore pain.

I have soaked my feet for leg swelling and pain. Works great.  
I have soaked my hands for arthritis pain/swelling when I couldn't get into physio. Worked better than physio and cost a lot less.  
 
Epson Salts bath works great too.  
 
Only thing is headaches. I get migraines and I wish I could soak my head in Epson salts but I can't keep my head under water for 15 minutes.  
 
For migraines I buy Excedrin migraine in the states. The Excedrin migraine in Canada is not the right formula to help with migraines/headaches. The one from the states works wonders.  
 
My pain and swelling in legs below the knees and feet was caused by varicose veins and things that evolve from that. I told my family doctor that but she wouldn't believe me that I had varicose veins. It was only when I went to rheumatologist in Winnipeg that the first words out of this doctor was I had varicose veins. Duh!
