Lion's mane for brain repair

I looked into this as a helpful treatment for repair of concussion to help restore neurological function. It turns out that it is quite powerful when used for this purpose. It has been used medicinally for many generations in some very old, established cultures.
Research shows that lion’s mane may •protect against dementia
•reduce mild symptoms of anxiety & depression
•help repair nerve damage
•and more
There are no side affects yet identified (aside from mushroom allergies) and it is nutritious. For these reasons, it is worth trying over a period of time to see what affect it might have. One thing that I have read is that continued use is necessary to continue seeing results in cases of dementia & alzheimers...so, in something that is progressive.
