Can I take multiple epipens onto an airplane?
I know I can take 1 as long as I have a pres:cription, according to CTSA website.
But I have 2, different dosage for each
Both have a pres:cription

2 adult pens
1 is new, and 1 has just expired. But I keep as a backup
Traveling to USA. And don’t want to buy one their if I don’t have to.
The USA price is $700

Oh, same dosage - I wasn't sure what you meant.

I would contact the TSA and CBSA to ask if more than one is allowed.

Are you checking a bag? Is putting one in there an option? Lots of things that aren't allowed as carry-on will be permitted in checked bags.

I travel regularly for work, and I carry an extensive med kit with a minimum of two epipens through security regularly. My scissors get inspected every time, my epipens get through with no issue every time.

Putting an epipen in baggage is not a good idea. Baggage compartment gets too cold. Even in summer.
Must keep above zero

We travel regularly by air and carry more than one and have never had an issue and that is with multiple airlines. And yea don't put it in your checked bag that's bad advice. You will have no issues carrying it with you.
