Psoriatic Arthritis

I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis 11 years ago (when I was 21) and now that the years have gone by it is getting progressively worse. I am curious to see if anyone else out there in Westman has been diagnosed with this type of arthritis? What you are doing to control it? I think I am just looking for a support group of some sort just to talk. I am interested to see others point of views.
