What are the best remedies to the current stomach flu?

Flu shot has nothing to do with stomach bugs. There is no such thing as the stomach flu. That’s just a name people came up with. The flu (influenza) is a respiratory illness and that is what the flu shot is for.  
Stomach bugs are horrible though. Too bad there is no vaccine to prevent them too. Stomach bugs can be just as serious and deadly as the flu to the immune compromised, young children, etc. And they spread so easily.  
 
Best thing to do is stay home and keep hydrated.
