I had a bad experience with FYi Doctors in the mall. I’m looking for an experienced professional, any recommendations are appreciated.

Wife got hers done at Total Eye in the town mall. I go to Walmart.

Go see Dr. Theresa DeConick off Rosser - she's professional, knows her stuff, and reasonably priced.

Eye Outfitters on 9th street. Very thorough and professional.

Dr. Caswell

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Caswell for many years. Always friendly, pleasant and professional. We hope he will never retire!

I second Dr Caswell. I have been going to him for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He is super nice and doesn’t make you feel bad if you want your pres:cription to look at buying glasses elsewhere. Total eye made me feel terrible and made it difficult.

I like the eye doctor at Walmart. There’s also no pressure to buy glasses there but the 2 ladies are great at helping you pick frames that suit your face shape....and if you’re blind like me, it’s awesome to be told what they look like since I can’t really see without my glasses LOL

We go to Eye Outfitters and they are absolutely wonderful. They have never pressured us to buy glasses from them. We have NEVER had any BS difficulties in getting our pres:cription or had been charged to get a copy.  
We get our glasses from Zenni.com because we cannot afford local prices. And I get my CSA approved pres:cription safety glasses from Scotia Optical. (They have an amazing selection of CSA approved pres:cription safety glasses.)  
 
 
 
(An Optomitrist is a doctor. And therefore your eye pres:cription is a part of your medical records. A doctor/doctors office cannot legally withhold your medical records from you. And yes, I had to point that out to a certain location for a friend to be given her pres:cription without being charged a ridiculous amount, which is what I think you are unhappy with.)

Another vote for dr caswell from me, been seeing him for years, always very friendly as are his staff
