It shouldn't be anything to do with the c-section. The docs don't really interfere with things like nerve pathways and such during a c-section. If it's tingly and numbness in your legs and feet, I would be asking myself if I had somehow jammed or hurt my back in some way, or maybe somehow pinched a nerve when moving wrong? Do you remember when you FIRST started feeling these sensations? What were you doing just before they started, do you recall? I would maybe ask your doc to refer you to someone who specializes in nerves and spine....or maybe even a chiropractor could be of some help? I have had 2 c-sections and have never experienced tingling or numbness in my legs and feet afterwards. Good luck...
