Hi ! Just like to know where I’m Brandon if the best place to buy pres:cription glasses ?

Had good luck at scotia optical on 10th. However on the flip side I’d avoid a particular one in the town centre as a pair of glasses I have got from them the lenses had all the coatings on them and coatings started peeling within a month, got them replaced and same thing however they won’t warranty this pair of lenses. Now it’s at the point I can barely see out of them.

Are you looking for the cheapest, with quick turn around? Then you'd want Hakim Optical.  
 
Want a place that might cost a little more, but gives the most comprehensive eye exam in town, and who goes above and beyond for their patients? Then my vote is for FYidoctor's in the mall. I've been a patient of theirs for nearly a decade, and have never had a bad experience. If you can get in with him, Ian Beaumont is a phenomenal optometrist, and the lady who helped me select my new frames last month, Cheryl, is a delight.

I shopped around in Brandon, glasses were going to be $650 for no line progressives with anti reflective coating in my pres:cription. On line I got 2 pair for $206.

I certainly would never buy eyeglasses "in the mall". If you don't want to blow an unnecessary wad of money on eyeglasses in Brandon get your prescription and order online, you will save hundreds.

Have bought every pair I've owned there. Cheapest I've come across, you get them quick, the ladies are great. I've never tried zenni but really want to. Who can tell me how to measure their pupillary distance properly?

I always get my glasses at Walmart. 2 pairs with transition lens for $560. I thought was good. I would also like to know how to measure pupillary distance properly??

glasses at Superstore and have for years. And, have never had a problem. If you wait for their half price sale you can save a lot as well get points on your Optimum card.

They have a tutorial right on their website, with pictures.  
 
I did mine by their instructions and have ordered a dozen sets of glasses with never an issue - so I must have got it right.  
 
I just ordered 7 pairs for myself and my daughter. I have only had one pair turn out to be not the best fit (too big for my face) but they have all the dimensions and measurements to help you.

Roughly how long does shipping from Zenni take?

There are a few apps that measure pupillary distance. I like GlassesOn.

When I can by 10 pairs of glasses for the price of 1 set from local shops it becomes a no brainer. I like to support local if the price is reasonably close but when you are that far apart, not a chance.

Bought two pairs of glasses on was regular progressive, the other was sunglasses progressive.  
Got points as well as a set of towels for purchasing my glasses.  
Total was $603.00
