Diabetic Insulin Pump

My daughter has type 1 diabetes, she is interested in getting an insulin pump. These pumps are very costly and not covered by medicare in Manitoba. Does anyone know of any organizations that raise funds for insulin pumps for kids in the area? any input of where I can go in seeking information such as that.
