Ì am an immune compromised senior with grandchildren living out of town. They are wondering when they can come to visit? I'm thinking we could have an outdoor visit but it would be difficult to explain the social distancing to the younger ones. They'd also need overnight accommodation which I don't think would be safe in my home? How are other grandparents coping? We can't go forever without seeing our grandchildren?

There was never a restriction in manitoba that prevented people from going to visit family members. (except in care homes) If you’d like to visit your family you’re more than allowed to, an outdoor visit with proper hand washing and potential mask wearing is adequate. If your family has been practicing social distancing and being safe you should be okay. Essentially the choice is up to you and your family.
