Hi,  
 
I am looking to hire an experienced foot care person to cut my toenails. I am a wheelchair-bound paraplegic, but not old enough to use services like "Seniors for Seniors" which has a minimum age of 55 to use.  
 
I'd prefer if they could do it on-site here (private health care professionals can enter this facility) but if I need to come to them I can arrange Handi-Transit.  
 
Any recommendations as to who to contact would be very appreciated. My toenails are getting a bit ridiculous, and PMH Home Care doesn't do foot care.
