    I’m wondering if anyone knows of a support group for adults with ADHD. I’ve looked myself and haven’t found but maybe the eBrandon community knows of one. If there isn’t one, is there any interest in starting one? My hope would be to discuss experiences and solutions on how it affects your adult life in your relationships, work place and parenting. Feel free to pm me if that’s preferred.

    As someone who has severe adhd I learnt in my teens how to control it without the use of meds. It no longer affects my life except for a few small “SQUIRREL” moments lol. In my experience there are some people that can learn to control it and some that can’t or don’t want to learn to control it. But it would be a good idea possibly for this group. It’s a good idea
