For separated/divorced parents who have shared custody of a child or children, can they continue to maintain their visitation schedule? I’m sure I heard on TV newscast that it was still allowed but I cannot find any reference to this situation in the list of restrictions on the provincial Covid website.

Yes kids can go back and forth between split homes. I do believe that the parent picking the child up, can even come inside your home.  
 
My son just went to his fathers house last night, his father waited outside though.

COVID-19 PREVENTION ORDERS  
 
No gatherings at private residences 1(1)Subject to subsections (2) and (3), a person who resides in a private residence must not permit a person who does not normally reside in that residence to enter or remain in the residence.  
1(2)Subsection (1) does not prevent a person from entering the private residence of another person for any of the following purposes:
