Government is us, wants virus to be sent packing as much as you and I do. Its response, just like that of govs across the country, is guided by medical expertise that is taking best steps to minimize spread, impact on medical system and ultimately on lives in the community and province. That includes putting initially very minimal vaccine doses to best use. We're still in a place of very high risk, hence “red/critical” measures in place, but there's a path out as more and more doses come in and as folks continue to follow necessary public health orders in the interim.

In spirit of op’s initial question, if you disagree with the early vaccine rollout how are you suggesting that the province make best use of these limited initial Pfizer and Moderna doses?
