I’m not really wanting to go into great detail here, but I’m curious to know if anyone in Brandon could recommend a doctor who is great with mental health issues ? My current doctor seems to discredit my concerns, and I worry that he is not helping me to the best of his ability.  
 
I contacted fosters counselling (I use to attend there, but due to my finances getting tighter, I had to stop) to see if they know of a doctor that they work with and would refer to, but because of Covid, their office is closed the general public and on connected with the receptionists voicemail.

I would call Manitoba Doctor FInder and explain to the nurse what you are looking for in a new primary care provider. They can help you find one who is taking new patients and who might be a good match for you.

You call. Get an appointment for an evaluation and then assigned mental health worker.
