We have a senior who is fully vaccinated, but does not live with us. Can she now go for a car-ride with two people who are not vaccinated? Does everyone need to wear a mask? Thanks for any info.

Everyone is allowed to have 2 people in their house OR one bubble family. If this person is that to you, then yes I would feel you can go for a car ride without a mask. Vaccination is not relevant as the rules have not changed for those vaccinated.  
 
If they are not your 2 people or bubble family then no. If they need a ride to a medical apt etc., you could transport them, wearing a mask and distancing as you could in the car.

All should wear a mask. The vaccine is not 100% but will help so you don't end up in the hospital. Also if you could drive with a window open.
