Well it would depend on the cause. For myself I injured my L5s1 with a leaking disk and have been in pain off and on since 2010. I’ve had dr demeulenaere do X-ray injections before . Didn’t work for me but might be something you’re looking for . Best of luck and hope you get pain free.

facet joint injections

I get facet joint injections every three months with Dr DeMulenaere. They do work for me but his wait list is long and I know he’s booking into next year already. Dr Decter at Rosser Medical also does injections and I have been there in a pinch.

I hope you find a solution.

If you find any let me know please. I had one done by Dr DeMulenaere at hospital in March. Next available opening was November. Pain clinic in wpg is booking a couple years in advance is what I was told when trying. Wish there was a Dr that did this out of a clinic locally!

Thanks for all the replies.

I used to receive trigger point injections from Dr. Ar nejia at the Rehab Clinic in wpg.

Will ask for a referral to dr. DeMeluenare.

You should also ask your family doctor for a referral to the pain clinic in the Brandon hospital. I personally did not find the other doctor mentioned here to be helpful for me but glad others have had success!
