Does anyone know if and where I can get some type of document that says I have received both shots. Received them about two mths ago

Are they not giving any sort of card in mb? I have had 1 dose in saskatchewan and received a card with date and type of vaccine i was given.

Manitoba has made them available online or to order.  
Anyone that’s wants one is responsible for requesting it themselves .  
Not everyone wants one or needs one so it saves paperwork .

Any cards that are given out at the sites in Manitoba when you get your vaccine are simply reminder cards. They have the type of vaccine and the date you got it and are only meant as a reminder of that information when you are calling for the appointment for the second shot. They carry no weight as proof you got vaccinated. The official vaccine record is on the website that I referenced in a previous post.

The pharmacy gave us a document detailing proof of our first vaccination, told us to photograph it and keep it in our phone.
