watch out for dehydration or heat stroke.
sometimes it doesn't feel hot if there is a wind especially if near water
dehydration can come on slowly. its happened to me.
keep an eye on anyone older as it can affect them faster
wearing a hat: sunscreen if necessary: drink lots of water rather than soft drinks
heat stroke/dehydration - one of the first signs is a headache and if you are use to bad headaches or migraines you might not realize what is happening
take care and if you think or someone else has the symptoms get checked out
also don't leave anyone or any pet in the car as it gets hotter in a car even if windows are open.
