GhOsTID said "You understand that buying CBD from gray market places is still be illegal right? That's the joy of legalization in Canada, if they're not government approved it can't legally be sold here. That's why that site has explicit terms on how you address them(can't mention the company name in the Interac payment notes, etc)
With the majority of gray market/mail order stuff the customer isn't really at risk of getting charged with anything but that doesn't mean the distributor is operating legally.
Stick with licensed providers and you're fine like IrieMon has shown one of.

"gray market" lol
CBD is 100% legal to buy in Canada so you are at no risk of any repercussions.
If a person knows what they want then they should look for it and get it! Not all CBD is created equal so when you find something that works, stick to it.
If the local stores don't sell it then order it.
I've been ordering CBD oil online for over 10 years and they all want specific details on the interact transfer when ordering so there is no confusion, it doesn't automatically make a company bad!
