Does anyone know if any Brandon cannabis stores sell CBDfx products? I'm specifically looking for the 30ml Hemp + MCT oil series. If not, are there any really good CBD oils out there that I should know about? Low to nil THC, good pain management and no interference with sleep?

NO it is not illegal!

OP I would try ordering it online as then you can get what you are looking for specifically as you are comfortable with it.
There are lots of other options out there but once you find something that works for you I would stick to it! I don't think any place in Brandon sells the CBDfx but I may be wrong.

I have been getting my CBD oil vis Shoppers Drug Mart out of B.C. but I walked into the Delta 9 Store at the Mall the other day and they have a full line of CBD oil in varying concentrations. More importantly, they knew what they were talking about.

The amount of THC in the CBD oil is so small it would not show up on a company drug test.
There has to be a small amount of THC in the oil as they will never truly get it all out.
With my lowest THC being .5 I'd have to drink several bottles of the stuff to even feel anything and I am a lightweight when it comes to THC.

CBD is 100% legal to buy in Canada so you are at no risk of any repercussions.
If a person knows what they want then they should look for it and get it! Not all CBD is created equal so when you find something that works, stick to it.
If the local stores don't sell it then order it.
I've been ordering CBD oil online for over 10 years and they all want specific details on the interact transfer when ordering so there is no confusion, it doesn't automatically make a company bad!
