What kind of cordless Steam Inhaler should I buy

Has anyone had any experience with the steam inhalers (as pictured). I have my eye on the MyPurMist $189.99 at Costco (not sure if it's the one televised lately on infomercials). I want a cordless, handheld, but am not sure how to keep them clean. They have these little water tubes, can I mix essential oils with the water or can I use peroxide once in awhile? Do they help with chest congestion as well as the nasal passages? The information does not answer these questions. Where do I buy these water tubes in future. So I thought I would start by asking if anyone has one.
