Saskatchewan is now reporting of fake vaccinations proof. Probably happening in other provinces as well.  
 
Happening in USA Italy and many other countries.  
 
Even physicians are involved.  
 
Most notably Ukraine is rampant with them. They have only 30% one dose and 14.7 % with 2 doses.  
 
But you can’t even believe that as doctors and others licences to give vaccines are for a fee entering someone into the system but throwing out dosage instead.  
 
Then there is the black market in Ukrainian is making a fortune not only selling in person but also by internet sites. It costs anywhere from $20 to $380 US to get one.  
 
Police are vigorously hunting these criminals down. Mainly the seller but also the buyers.  
 
Police there say that it is more profitable than even drugs for crime organizations.  
 
How this can be stopped I don’t know.  
 
Only tough jail terms and fines. Plus stripping licences.  
 
I can’t paste any news stories but you can find them yourself. Majority was from CTV news.

Been happening in alberta as well. Literally a pdf file you can download and edit, its a joke.

here in Brandon people have to show their QR code and a piece of photo ID. Then the card is scanned on a computer so the faked ones wouldn't work here would they?

Don't think Manitoba vaccine cards are the problem. If your out of province you can show just your paper version to get into anything here.  
And....  
Some restaurants in Manitoba still don't enforce the vaccine card in Manitoba.

Definitely still an issue, if say I have to show id in about half the places along with vaccination card. In other places I could flash my pizza hut rewards card and still get in.

Why do you think so many young people use to drink in bars and buy liquor?  
 
Waitress told us that a young man came in with card scanned ok and name on drivers license matched but picture didn’t real match. She said something and he ran.  
 
Must have borrowed or stolen them.  
 
Anyway a huge money maker for criminals. Some say bigger than drugs and safer. Lot just done by Internet.

That is quite strong and simplistic language. Rather than holding a gun to someone’s head , proof of vaccination is a means to strongly encourage people to do the right and safe thing as proven by the best available science and knowledge. If government and health officials stood aside and let the pandemic unfold without hindrance that would be wrong as well.  
To achieve herd immunity you have to vaccinate the herd! There is no other way to put it. Government is trying to achieve that in the least forceful ways possible.  
I applause their effort to protect lives and we should be grateful for the opportunity.
