My first two vaccine shots were Pfizer and I had a sore arm and swelling also some headaches and very tired a day after. My booster was Moderna and I had a very sore arm and less than 24 hours after I felt like had the flu....aches everywhere, swollen lymph nodes, fever chills, tired no energy,, no appetite, and some headaches. Then after that lasting 24 hours I got roving itchy patches and odd pains circulating. Lasted about 4 days. Not fun but I understand my immune response is elevated and higher antibodies now to Covid. That aside I kinda wish that I could have just had the Pfizer as my third dose but then again maybe I would have had issues with it as well. And really just glad I was able to get my booster when I was able to "
You could of had the Pfizer just tell them thats what you want, they can't force you to take the Moderna. I just got my 3rd Pfizer and i'm not in the "under 30 pfizer recommended" group. Just tell them you want Pfizer and you can get it. Only reason they try to push Moderna is because they are "short" on pfizer doses, and they say the pfizer has less risks for the lower age group...well it probably has less risks for anyone then.
