Just wondering if anyone has an idea where I can get one of those outdoor take a book leave a book library? Similar to the style that Rick & Karen Chrest have?

They are homemade. You need to find someone into woodworking that can make one for you.

JR Reid had one out front of school. If you call them tomorrow they may be able to tell you where to get one made.  
Seen quite a few around all different shapes and sizes in different places.  
Have you checked Home Depot for kits or Windsor Plywood for kits.
