can be a great resource to help you, and give you a safe, effective program that can help to maintain function. It's all a matter of what your goals are. Is it to reduce pain or discomfort? Increase range of motion? Help maintain everyday activities?
Both can do all of that and more, its just that physiotherapists have a bit of what mays seem like a medical approach to movement based activities, but they are also very well trained in monitoring and prescribing exercise programs.
