Defeated by health

I am feeling defeated by my health. I am tired of doctors having no answers and trying different medicines to no avail. I have to wait for referals, wait for specialists, wait for tests, wait for meds to work/not work and I am tired of this! No one can even say what is causing my problems.
Everyone says my best bet would be a natural specialist, but .... yeah. Not possible. I feeling so defeated and don't want to leave my apartment now.
Yeah enough said.
(btw, I don't want to share what my health problem 'is'. That is insult to injury right now, so please don't ask.)
