I have an anger problem...

Hello just need to share and ask if anyone has the same problem...I have an anger problem, I yell at my kids when everything becomes too much for me. I feel so bad and say sorry, but the next day I do it all over again. I do have a bad past and a husband that driks on the weekends and it bugs me so maybe I'm taking my anger out on my kids. Anyone have advice of free counseling or have the same problem? Thanks.
