This Flu going around....

My son got sick on Thursday with it. Chest cold, fever and nausea/vomiting. He stayed home sick Thursday and Friday with it. I sent him to school today but he just came home complaining of nausea again. We Went to the doc on Friday and he said it was just a flu (not the Swine Flu). Now myself and second child have it.
Anyways, he's going on 5 days now. Has anyone else had this and how long does it last???
