Acne

So I am 17 years old and still have acne as if I were 13. I have had terrible acne since 11, it got so bad I had to go on meds. My face was fairly clear for about a year, but now it's back. I've tried almost everything, scrubs, cleansers etc... Does anyone have a sure way to get rid of acne or atleast keep under control, or get rid of the redness?
