I had a thought about the no smoking or cell phones in vehicles... Well if your not supose to smoke in vehicles when you have underage children with you,then why are you allowed to drink or have parties involving alcoholic beverages,when children are present?It is a proven fact that smoking is not a healthy issue.. But i have heard that drinking around children isnt either.. So my point is why is there a law about smoking but no law about haveing drinking parties or drinking get togethers with children???
