Creatine tablets.

Do you take these? How fast do they work? I been taking these for about 2 months looking to enhance my muscle growth. Any feedback would help a lot. I'm searching the pros and cons of this. How has it effected you?
Creatine and Centrum seem to be the best for me. Solid food and good hydration is also helping. Did you get positive results?
