My son is almost 3 years old and suffers from Alopecia. He was born with hair, but gradually lost it all. He was completely bald by his second birthday and lost his eyebrows and eyelashes shortly aftr that. I am interested in hearing from other people who suffer from Alopecia, especially from parents with children in the same situation. Are there any other young children in Brandon with Alopecia? Have any of you with Alopecia have their hair return? Did it stay or did it fall out again? My sons' pediatrician says there is no way to know if his hair will return and if it does it could all fall out again. This could continue for his whole life. i was also told that there are no medications and /or treatments to help his condition.
