Which doctor would you recommend for pregnancy?

I am currently 11 weeks pregnant and having trouble finding a doctor. The doctor I had through my first pregnancy (Dr. N. Vanrensberg) has moved to Ontario. I would really like to have a midwife but they are booked right up and told me I am on the end of a long waiting list! I am wondering what doctors you ladies have had good experiences with. Thanks for all of your help!
