Organ Donor Cards

So I got my new MB Health card and signed the organ donor card but it got me thinking...
Should those who have signed an organ donor card have a bit of a priority on the waiting list when it comes to getting a donation over those who didn't sign a donor card (prior to falling ill)?
I signed it because I just figured morally, how could I expect to get an organ if I haven't signed to give mine up to somebody else?
What do YOU think?
