Sick boy again :'(

Does anyone have ANY ideas at all? We waited for hours last week (Thursday) in Emerg and still never saw a doctor. Now he is sick again. We finally got him to crash (with gravol) about 30min ago and today came on sudden again.
TIMELINE:
Tuesday Oct 27th = H1N1 and seasonal vaccine
Thursday Oct 29th = violently ill for 10 hours, went to emerg
Friday - Yesterday = not sick but extemely out of sorts, behaviour-wise
Today = an angel child all day (first sign). Then at 4pm while out with Grandma started to vomit. Fell asleep at 545pm.
Any insight or suggestions? I am not asking for diagnosis' in case people are scared to brainstorm. If it gets worse in the night, I will have to take him back to Emerg but am terrified we will just sit in the waiting room until gawd knows when.
