Stuffy Nose

I am suffering from a head cold.... literally suffering, and I am beyond stuffy. I'm using the old fashioned steaming, a saline nasal rinse, and a load of tissue. Nothing seems to be relieving me though.
Does anyone know what I can do for relief? What do you do? I would prefer something all natural. Please help me breath free again!
