Anyone tried laser therapy lately

After all else failed, my friend suggested laser therapy to help with my neck & shoulder stiffness & soreness. I have already had 2 neck surgeries, but am still having problems. I have had one laser session so far, but I was just wondering if anyone has had success with this method of treatment and to what extent. Thank you.
