My son aged 9 was home all last week from school because of a cough.The cough started about 1 1/2 weeks ago.No fever and still eating and playing.Nothing unusual except this cough.I took him to the Dr. this past monday and they gave him an antibiotic.He takes it 4 times a day and the Dr. said sinus infection.The cough has not changed since being on this medication.Has anyone else had anything like this?How long can I expect this cough to last?Any good home remedies out there...I have been steaming him and rubbing him down with vick's plus giving him buckley's.
