Need WOMEN advice please

Here's a situation..never happened before. I'm 20 yr's old and I started my P. When I started it...was the same day I came down with something. Ears plugged, throat sore when swallowing, voice is a lil off and coughing when triggered. My P. has NO pain...and is Way heavier than normal...
I've called in Sick 2x cause of this...any ideas!?
