Red Face problems

I have a problem I've been struggling with for years now. My face gets red, almost like flushing, even when I don't feel embarrassed it still gets red, like hot flashes. I try to avoid socializing because of it, in yet I love to socialize. Is there any cure for this? Is there anyone out there who has the same problem? Please Help!
