I'm looking for suggestions on a good detox/cleanse that you have tried. I am looking for something that is $40 or less and that lasts for a week or so. I am trying to switch my eating habits and reduce cravings. I have been eating lots of carbs and fatty foods over the past month or so and thought this would be a good start to healthy eating.  
Have you found that, once finished, you don't crave the bad stuff as much?
