Breakfast Bars

So ive decided that eating something in the morning should be a priority seeing as how im about 20lbs under what I thought I was, and so I made some breakfast bars. Now im no nutritionist, but I was going for a high calorie and high protein bar. I ended up choosing
All Bran
Sunflower seeds
almonds
peanuts
cashews
dried cherries
raisins
raw honey
peanut butter
marshmallow
and semi sweet chocolate
anyone got any suggestions on things to add or take out for the next batch???
keep in mind im not looking to cut calories, but to closer match my intake with what I burn in a day so i wont continue to loose weight, veggies are eaten at supper along with meat, and at lunch if I have it, so im not too concerned about the vitamin content, low fat additions would be good too, as the peanut butter im sure already has plenty of saturated fats
can you do calories without fats?
