Feeling sick lately

Alright. It's been going for a few days. Couple days ago, sore throat. No coughing, yesterday: body aches/sore stomach/wanting to puke but can't.
Today, body aches/feeling weak. Oh, also had a fever yesterday evening and was cold.
What the hell is this? Anyone been diagnosed by a doctor having these similar symptoms? What did the doctor say? I don't wanna go just because I know I'll be given any old thing. Which I'm against now.
Like it seems my body wants to get sick but it won't?
