Dermatologist or someone knowledgeable???

I am wondering if anyone knows of a doctor, dermatologist or otherwise that is good with dealing with rosacea and all around problem skin? In Brandon is best but will go where ever as I am sick of dealing with it! I have tried every product you can think of and did see a derm. years ago but they never really helped. any advice would be great!
