Can anyone recommend a massage place/person. I have what I believe to be a pinched nerve in my neck. Right arm is tingling and hurts when I move it. It's really bad when lying down to sleep. Has been bothering me for over a month. I haven't see a doctor because I don't have a family doctor. And have not been to the walk-in. I figure they would just tell me what I already know.  
I do have some apprehension about going for a massage. Feel uncomfortable about strange people touching me.  
So if anyone can recommend one that would be awesome.
