Anyone bothered by Fluorescent lighting?

I am - big time. I get headaches, lose my train of thought and generally become "Scattered" in what I'm trying to do at my desk.
Recently, our office manager heard of "full spectrum" fluorescents and decided to give them a try. They cost quite a lot more but have a 5 year guarantee. Over time, they are to cost much less.
Anyway, I have to say - I'M CURED!
I have done a bit of amateur research on the web and it seems regular fluroescents are troublesome for a lot of people. My bet is many offices would have more productivity with better lighting.
Anyone else affected by certain lighting?
