I am not sure what I did my hand!?!?!  
 
I got out of the bath today and realized my left hand was really weak/tender and sore to touch, then I noticed the bruising and swelling. This was like 6hrs ago.  
 
Now if I put too much pressure on the spot, my hand goes tingly and weak.  
 
But I have no idea whatsoever as to what caused this . . .  
 
Any ideas?
