syiatic nerve pain how to obtain relief

would be open to any ideas how to obtain relief from syiatic nerve pain. This 90 year old woman has suffered for nearly a year. She has been under doctor's care, had accupuncture,chiopractor,cortozone shots,no relief.I believe it is getting worse. Are there any pain clinics in WPG. without waiting monthes for a referral.
