ok, a question for those who use sinus rinses.  
 
Hope this isn't too gross.  
 
I've been finding that after I use the sinus rinse, I have a problem with some of the rinse getting "trapped" in my sinuses.  
 
Then, it will just suddenly drain if I turn my head a certain way - often shortly after I did the rinse - sometimes not until the next day (happened at work one time - yikes!!) Usually there's quite a bit - say 1 to 2 tbsp. Doesn't sound like a lot - but when you are stuck without a kleenex in your hand it is!!  
 
I try to tilt my head to every angle right after I've done the rinse to get it all out, and sometimes it works... sometimes it doesn't.  
 
Does anyone else have this problem?
